A Healthier You Begins Here

Meet Melanie

I believe that behind every symptom is a person, and behind every person is a story worth hearing.

My story

A practice shaped by living

I'm Melanie, a classical homeopath and a Registered Homeopath (RSHom). I'm also a wife, a mother and a grandmother, and those roles have taught me as much about people as any textbook could.

My professional training gives my practice its foundation and its discipline. More than six decades of life experience have shaped something else entirely: how I listen, how I hold what I'm told, and how carefully I try to understand before I say anything at all.

Like most people, I've had my own health experiences, my own difficult seasons and my own need for someone to take the time. That's part of why I work the way I do.

Training & practice

Classical homeopathy, thoughtfully practised

My professional training underpins my work as a Registered Homeopath (RSHom). I practise classical homeopathy, taking time for careful case-taking and an individualised conversation about your wellbeing. My training and lived experience both shape the way I listen.

What matters to me

Listening first, always

Being seen and heard

Many people arrive having felt rushed elsewhere. A consultation with me is unhurried by design, you set the pace and choose the words.

The whole person

Body, mind, heart and soul. I consider your physical wellbeing alongside your emotional life, your history and your circumstances.

Inclusivity

Everyone is welcome here, whatever their background, age or situation. There is no version of you that needs tidying up first.

Experience and intuition

Careful case analysis, supported by decades of listening to people and noticing what often goes unsaid.

Honesty about scope

Where something sits outside my scope, I will say so and encourage you to seek appropriate medical or professional advice.

Resilience and roots

Growth takes time and steady conditions. My aim is to offer thoughtful, consistent support along the way.

How we'll work together

We usually begin with a complimentary Discovery Call, a relaxed conversation with no obligation, simply to see whether my approach feels right for you.

If you decide to go ahead, the initial consultation is a long and detailed one. We talk about your health, your history, your sleep and routine, and the experiences that have mattered to you. I take notes, I ask a great many questions, and I don't hurry you.

Afterwards I spend time on case analysis before selecting a remedy and setting out a personalised plan of support. Responses vary between individuals, and progress may be gradual.

Kind Words

What people say about being listened to

Every experience is individual, and nothing here is a promise about what homeopathy might do for you. These are simply reflections from people who chose to share them.
From the first conversation I felt genuinely listened to. Nothing was rushed, and I never felt like just another appointment in a diary.
