This website is operated by Melanie Bailey RSHom, Registered Homeopath, practising as The Homeopathic Healer at 10 Orwell Road, Sandymoor, Cheshire, WA7 1JB. I am the data controller for personal information collected here.

• Details you provide through the enquiry form: your name, email address, optional telephone number, chosen subject and message.
• When requesting a consultation, your chosen appointment type, preferred date and time, name, age, email address, optional telephone number and the health information you choose to share are placed in an email draft on your device. They reach me only if you send that email. Please share only what you feel comfortable emailing.
• Information shared during a Discovery Call or consultation, including health information, which is treated as special category data.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when visiting the site, used only to keep it working correctly and securely.
• If you use the Image Description Tool, the image you choose is sent to Lovable AI to suggest a short description. The image and description are not saved to this website. Avoid uploading sensitive or private images.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange appointments.
• To keep accurate case notes as required of a professional practitioner.
• To prepare and send remedies where appropriate.
• To meet legal, insurance and professional obligations.

I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for marketing unless you have asked me to.

For enquiries, I rely on your consent and my legitimate interest in replying to you. For health information recorded during consultations, I rely on your explicit consent and the provision of health care by a professional bound by a duty of confidentiality.

Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Case notes are retained in line with professional practice requirements and then securely destroyed.

Your information is kept confidential. It is shared only where you have asked me to, where a remedy supplier needs a delivery address, or where I am required to do so by law or by a serious concern about safety.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, to ask for it to be deleted where that is possible, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent at any time.
