These terms apply to your use of www.thehomeopathichealer.co.uk and to consultations provided by Melanie Bailey RSHom, Registered Homeopath.

Homeopathy is a complementary therapy. Consultations offer individualised support and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. No particular outcome is promised, and responses vary between individuals.

Homeopathy should not replace appropriate medical investigation, diagnosis or treatment. Please do not stop or alter prescribed medication without first speaking with the healthcare professional responsible for prescribing it.

Current fees are shown on the Consultations page and may change from time to time. The fee applying to your appointment is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Remedies are charged separately at £10.50 each, with postage and packaging at £5.50 where remedies are sent out.

Payment is due at the time of consultation unless agreed otherwise. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, so the time can be offered to someone else.

• Please tell me about any prescribed medication, and do not stop or alter it without speaking to the healthcare professional who prescribed it.
• Please continue to seek conventional medical advice where that is appropriate.

What you share is treated in confidence and handled as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal obligations and serious concerns about safety.
