Wherever you are in the UK

Online Homeopathy Consultations

The same unhurried, individualised consultation, from the comfort of your own home.

Melanie Bailey RSHom offers virtual consultations by video call to clients across the UK, and also sees clients in person at the clinic in Cheshire.

Step by step

How Virtual Consultations Work

  1. Book your appointment

Choose your consultation type and a time that suits you on the booking page. Your appointment is confirmed by email straight away.

  2. Receive your video link

Consultations take place on Microsoft Teams. You will be sent a link to join, so there is nothing to install unless you prefer the app.

  3. Prepare a quiet space

Find somewhere private and comfortable where you will not be interrupted. Have a glass of water, a notebook, and a list of any current medication or supplements to hand.

  4. Your consultation

A first consultation lasts 60 to 90 minutes. It is a careful, unhurried conversation about you as a whole person: your health, history, wellbeing and everyday life.

  5. Follow-ups

Follow-up consultations of 30 to 45 minutes give space to reflect together on how things have been and to adjust your plan where appropriate. They can be online or in person.

Is it right for you?

  • Existing clients who would like follow-ups without a journey

Questions

Online Consultation FAQs

How do online homeopathy consultations work?

You choose a consultation type and a time on the booking page. Before your appointment you receive a Microsoft Teams link by email. At the agreed time you join the video call from a quiet, private space, and the consultation follows the same unhurried approach as an in-person appointment.

What technology do I need?

A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a microphone and a reliable internet connection. Microsoft Teams works in a web browser or through the free Teams app; you do not need a Microsoft account to join a meeting link.

How long is a first appointment?

An initial consultation lasts 60 to 90 minutes (£175). A follow-up consultation lasts 30 to 45 minutes (£75).

Are online consultations different from in-person ones?

The content and care are the same. Some people prefer the comfort of home or live too far from Cheshire to travel; others prefer to meet face to face at the clinic. You are welcome to choose whichever suits you, and to switch between the two.

How will I receive any remedies?

Where remedies are part of your plan they are posted to you. Prescription and postage charges are listed on the consultations page.

Can I talk to Melanie before booking?

Yes. The free 20 minute Discovery Call is a chance to ask questions and explore whether this approach feels right for you, with no obligation to proceed.
