Understanding Homeopathy
Finding a homeopathic healer in Cheshire

What to look for when choosing a homeopath in Cheshire, how consultations work at the Sandymoor clinic, and how to take a gentle first step.
If you have been searching for a homeopathic healer in Cheshire, you may have found that it is not always easy to know where to begin. Homeopathy is a very personal way of working, so finding someone you feel comfortable talking to matters just as much as finding someone nearby.
What to look for in a homeopath
Look for a homeopath who is properly trained and registered, who explains clearly how they work, and who is happy to answer your questions before you commit to anything. A good homeopath will also be clear that homeopathy is offered alongside, never instead of, the care of your GP or other medical professionals.
I am Melanie Bailey RSHom, a classical homeopath. I take time to understand each person as a whole, rather than focusing on a single label, and choose an individual remedy to support your wellbeing.
Homeopathy in Runcorn and across Cheshire
My clinic is in Sandymoor, Runcorn, and people come to see me from Runcorn, Widnes, Warrington and the towns and villages around them. Appointments run Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
If coming to the clinic is not practical, I also offer online consultations by Microsoft Teams anywhere in the UK. The conversation is just as unhurried, and you can choose whichever suits you when you book.
What a first consultation involves
An initial consultation lasts between sixty and ninety minutes. We talk about what has brought you here, and also about your sleep, energy, routine, what worries you and what brings you comfort. Afterwards I study your case carefully before recommending a remedy, and we arrange a follow-up to talk about how things have been.
A gentle first step
Many people start with a free twenty minute Discovery Call. It is an informal chance to ask questions and see whether my approach feels right for you, with no obligation at all.
If you have more local questions, such as where the clinic is or how to get there, you will find answers on my Homeopathy in Cheshire page.
Please keep taking any prescribed medication and continue to seek medical advice for any health concern.
Melanie
